Volunteering
At Cats Protection we welcome volunteers with open arms, whether you are young or old, male or female, there's a place for you with us!
Please note: We do not have a Homing Centre in Sheffield. All our cats and kittens are cared for by fosterers at their own homes. We cannot, therefore, offer work experience or training of any kind.
We are always seeking new fosterers to join our team. If you have a spare bedroom, we could help to make it suitable to house a cat or kitten.
Perhaps you have room in your garden for a pen?
In both cases, we will provide everything - bedding, litter, food, etc.
Maybe you’re a lover of the great outdoors? If so, you could help with trapping ferals for our trap, neuter and release programme and combine your love of nature and cats to great effect!
