Scrap metal equals cash for cats We have signed up with Giveacar, a unique social enterprise that allows people to donate their old cars to Cats Protection. Giveacar is registered with the Fundraising Standards Board and works with many large and small charities in the UK. The company takes cars, commercial vehicles and motorcycles either for resale at auction or for scrap. If anyone you know wants to donate their vehicle, they should either go directly to the website www.giveacar.co.uk and fill in the form, or phone Giveacar on 0800 644 2023. Remember it is important to specify Cats Protection Sheffield Hallam on the form.
